Clarens Festival of Lights 2026

The festival will take place over Heritage Weekend, from 24 to 26 September, in Clarens, Free State. This year’s theme is “Reflections” celebrating both its physical and metaphorical meanings through creativity, diversity, and shared experiences.

The festival programme is expected to feature approximately 25 events, including:

– Live music performances
– Spectacular light installations
– A lantern parade
– Children’s competitions
– Workshops
– Interactive activities
– Cultural and community experiences
