5 Morning Habits To Kick Off The Productive Day

Surprising, huh? I have one VERY important rule: NO SNOOZING! As soon as I open my eyes – I jump out of bed and start my day. I have things to do and fab life to live. I bet you do too! #upandglamorous
In the early days of working from home, I spent way too much time in PJs. I realised that actually going through the proper routine of dressing up and putting on makeup, gets me into that “I can do it all” mood. Now that I’m at the office daily, I dress the way I want to be addressed.
Fresh air works magic on your mind and body. If you want to improve your mornings, the best thing you can do is take a morning walk, walk down to your favourite coffee shop for a cuppa or simply enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. It will get you in the best mood straight away, I promise!
I simply can not concentrate when I’m hungry. That’s why I need to have a light healthy snack that boosts my energy for the busy day ahead.
By now, you will know that I’m obsessed with making my Sunday to do and strategy lists. Seriously, I don’t think I could ever get ANYTHING done without writing down all the tasks I need to complete. If you feel like you have way too many things on your plate — list all of them down, start from the most important ones. You’re going to feel more in control this way and let me tell you – seeing those check marks is very rewarding.
